How It Works
The wrist sensor captures the motion of the weights and equipment you interact with, while the chest sensor tracks heart rate and upper-body movement. Together, they show how your body moves in 3D space.
Put the sensors on before training, start your session in the app, and train as usual. They are built for workout sessions, not all-day wear.
We recognize movements across weightlifting, gymnastics, and metabolic conditioning, and break down common WOD formats like AMRAP, RFT and EMOM.

What Athletes Are Saying
FAQ
WurQ is a workout tracking system built for functional fitness. Using wrist and chest motion sensors with AI, it automatically captures your movements, reps, rounds, active time, rest, transitions, pacing, heart rate, range of motion, rep cycle, work volume, power output, and overall workout structure. AI Chat then turns those metrics into clear insights on how you can improve.
Wear the wrist and chest sensors, start recording your session in the app, and train as usual. During the workout, WurQ captures your movement and heart rate data. After the workout, sensors automatically sync with the app, and it creates your session log, performance breakdown, and you can chat with the AI.

It is for anyone who wants to automatically log their training, understand their performance, and get personalized feedback.
