You’ll receive an email as soon as your order is placed. A second email with tracking details will be sent once your order has shipped.

 

Processing & Shipping Timeline
All WurQ systems are currently part of our early-access beta. Orders are made to order and typically ship approximately 4 weeks after purchase.

 

Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes
We ship across the United States using standard delivery services. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days.

 

Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method. From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions.

 

International Orders
Orders are shipped from the United States. International customers may be responsible for import duties, taxes, customs fees, or other charges required by their country. These fees are determined by local authorities and may change without notice.

WurQ is unable to predict or control these charges, and they are the responsibility of the customer.

At this time, WurQ does not provide prepaid return shipping labels for returns originating outside the United States.

 

Delays & Issues
We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping provider, customs processing, or incorrect address entries. If your shipment is delayed or missing, contact us at support@wurq.io and we’ll do our best to help.
